Terms and Conditions of Booking

Cancellation Policy for Hereteach Alliance Courses 

All successful applications will be confirmed prior to the event. If you have not received anything by 48 hours prior to the event, please contact Lorna Philip at the Hereteach Alliance on 01568 770323 or teachingschool@wigmore.hereford.sch.uk. Cancellation fees are based upon the notice given.

Cancellation charges below;

Chargeable courses:

If cancelled more than 14 days in advance of the event 25% of charge

If cancelled within 7 days of the event 50% charge

If no show on the day of the event 100% charge.

Free Courses:

If no show on the day of the event a £10.00 administration charge will be made.

Name changes and substitutions at no extra charge.
